Marketing OS
A marketing operation, drawn as a space station.
The command centre I built to run CUEVA's marketing. Seven coworkers, each a real automated job, plan the day, read the market and draft the work. Anything that needs me walks to my office.

- 7coworkers, each a real automated job
- 21kinds of work they do on their own
- 06:00the day's plan, every morning, London time
What it is
Marketing work, organised as one place you can watch.
Marketing a product means research, ideas, drafts, publishing and reading the numbers, every day. Marketing OS keeps all of it in one system. Each morning it reads what is on record, works out what is worth doing and writes the day.
The work is done by seven coworkers, each a real job with its own office in a pixel-art station. You see who is working, what they found, and what is waiting for you. A coworker only walks to your office when something is due today.

Research · Scout
Reads what people type into YouTube.
Every morning at five, and whenever I ask. It also looks up what people search for each film that is due out, and where CUEVA and the apps near it stand on the App Store.
NeverSigns in anywhere, or contacts anyone.
Strategy · Strategist
Turns what the scout found into ranked ideas.
It keeps the strongest two of each kind for me and sets the rest aside, each with its reason and a one-press undo. On Sundays it writes the week's review.
NeverDecides anything on my list.
Analytics · Analyst
Reads the channel and the numbers.
The public feed, YouTube's own analytics once connected, read-only, and the figures I enter by hand. What was measured is kept apart from what is guessed.
NeverCalls a difference between two films a result.
Creative · Writer
Drafts videos from CUEVA's own lessons.
Each draft is built from one lesson's hook and its graded claims, in the house style. When the critic flags a draft, the writer mends it.
NeverSays anything its lesson does not.
Your office · Me
The engine plans the day on the wall.
At six it writes the day's plan; at seven it reads the 30-day campaign against the records and hands out jobs. A coworker only walks in here with something due today.
NeverTicks, moves or deletes my tasks. Those are mine.
Studio · Producer
Checks that published films are really out.
It looks each one up at YouTube's public address and only marks it verified if YouTube answers.
NeverRenders, edits, uploads or publishes.
Review · Critic
Reads every draft against the written rules.
House style, the brand, and what a lesson can honestly claim. A finding goes back to the writer, not out into the world.
NeverChanges or approves anything.
Systems · Operator
Keeps the operation itself healthy.
It checks the schedule, failures and every public link CUEVA depends on. In a quiet hour it retries one safe failed job, at most three times.
NeverChanges a setting, a secret or the schedule.
Lounge · The cat
Nobody works here.
No coworker comes in. The cat sleeps on the sofa, and does no work at all.
NeverDoes anything.
In motion
It moves only when its records do.
Nothing in the station is animated for show. A coworker walks because a job started, or because something of theirs is due today. The station is drawn entirely in code from the job records, with no images and no game engine.
What I did, and what was hard.
Automation you can trust
Nothing is published, sent or spent without my yes, and every number says where it came from. A failed run changes nothing.
Claude, with a switch
Work done through Claude runs on my Mac, only when I start it, inside limits I set. It starts switched off.
A game that tells the truth
The station only shows what the records say. No points, no fake activity. A coworker that has nothing to do sits at its desk.
The day, on time
The plan arrives at six in London all year, through both clock changes, and catches up if a run is missed.
